A variety of national laws allow Governments and specified Government Agencies around the world to seek access to data held by organizations for civil, administrative, criminal and national security purposes in line with objectives set by the Government or individual Government Agencies.
In this Transparency Report, KLDiscovery publishes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, information concerning Government and Government Agency access requests to data and information held by KLDiscovery from May 25, 2018. This Transparency Report is updated every 24 (twenty four) hours and provides real-time data and evidence to our customer and clients concerning such Government and Government Agencies access requests.

Customer and Client Notifications
In addition to, and separate from, the information set out in this Transparency Report, where permitted by applicable law, KLDiscovery shall notify any affected customer or client of any Government or Government Agency data access request prior to KLDiscovery providing any access to such requested data. KLDiscovery also commits to undertaking legal challenges to any such requests that are served on KLDiscovery.
