Upon receipt of your device, we will complete an evaluation. After the evaluation, you will receive, if possible, a detailed report and a fixed price quote for the recovery work. There are no hidden fees and no commitment until you agree to the quote and choose to move forward. If you choose not to go ahead, we will return your device back to you for a small shipping charge.
