What's next?
You will receive an email from us soon containing your customer reference number.
- If you have booked a pickup, you will receive an email confirmation, with the DHL label attached. Please print the label and attach to the outside of the box ready for collection. Please also enclose a copy of the email that has your details inside the package.
- If you have requested a quote, a data recovery specialist will contact you as soon as possible (8am – 6pm GMT) Monday – Friday.
- Please note: if you have sent your request after business hours, you will be contacted the following business morning.

Following the consultation and free evaluation, you will be provided with report showing how much data is estimated to be recoverable and a fixed price quote.
