What's next?

  • If you have booked a pickup, you will receive 2 emails. A confirmation, and another with the DHL label to be printed and attached to the outside of the box. Please also enclose a copy of the email that has your details inside the package.
  • If you have requested a quote, a data recovery specialist will call you shortly (8am – 6pm UK time) Monday – Friday.
  • Please note: if you have sent your request after business hours, you will be contact the following business morning.
