Approved Claims:

• If your claim is approved, you will pay a $100 deductible to Ontrack, and the PPA will cover the rest. (Subsequent claims in the same year will increase your deductible by $100).

Denied Claims:

• If your claim is denied, Ontrack will grant you a 20% discount on their recovery services. For a single device, your out-of-pocket cost will be $760 after the discount, plus backup media.
