Ontrack Canada Free-Shipping Program

The process is simple!

Ontrack is pleased to share our free in-bound shipping program through Canada Post. This program allows you to ship your media requiring data recovery to our Toronto location at no cost to you. Your media will be delivered with Canada Post’s Priority Service delivery.

  • Once you start to enter your information into the website, please note that the ‘Ref No.’ reference will be your Service Order Number from Ontrack. This is seven numerical digits long and will be clearly noted in your e-mail correspondence with your Ontrack Data Services Representative.
  • When finished, click ‘Continue’ to take you to the next step.
  • The next window now allows you to confirm the details you entered or to make any changes before printing your label.
  • When ready, click ‘Get Label’ at the bottom of the page.
  • The next page confirms all of the information you entered, provides you with the tracking number assigned to your parcel, and also gives you the option to print the label immediately. A PDF copy will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you provide.
  • You will be provided with the address of the closest postal outlet to drop off your parcel based on the postal code you entered. You also have the option to drop your parcel into the closest street mailbox for shipping.
