Avoid data loss during reorganisation

Businesses carrying out mergers and acquisitions need to be acutely aware of the need for strong data recovery practices, as these reorganisations can lead to data loss if staff are not careful.

Mr Bonner noted that an understanding of which parties will have responsibility for secure data transfer is therefore a must for all firms in this position.
